Who is the corporate version most suited for?
The corporate version is suited for organizations that are less than 1 billion in revenue that utilize Excel, in house systems or manual processes for Treasury Management Activities and that have less than three banking relationships. The Corporate version removes barriers to adoption by enabling users to easily configure their treasury processes and adopt an enterprise treasury workstation on day one. The Corporate version provides full enterprise level capabilities including importing of bank transactions, , forecasting reconciliation, cash positioning and enterprise reporting. Organizations that utlize this version can get up and running on day one and choose to adopt additional automation and services at a later day, if they so choose. The corporate version allows organizations to achieve an immediate ROI without a long implementation cycle and an upfront investment in software licenses or IT related investments.

Can we upgrade to the enterprise or extended enterprise versions later?
Yes, you can upgrade to either the enterprise or extended enterprise versions at a later date. All data created in the corporate version will be available in the other versions.

Why don't you provide automation capabilities with the corporate version?
In the best case, automation takes time. Even though we have the ability to reduce typical time taken for integration due to our adherence to standards and the configurability of our product suite, integration and testing of transmissions with banks still requires efforts and associated costs. By not providing integration capabilities with the corporate version, we are enabling organizations to adopt an enterprise Treasury Workstation on day 1 with no upfront cost and a minimal recurring monthly investment. Also, many mid size organizations have only one or two banking relationships and may not need to import many files during the day and this reduces their immediate needs for automated bank communications . We hope that this approach will enable many small-mid sized organizations to avail of the benefits of an enterprise treasury workstation without the need to adopt non-critical features upfront at a significantly reduced cost.

What is your pricing model?
The corporate version pricing begins at USD 1000 a month with no upfront costs and no long term committments. Pricing for Enterprise and Extended Enterprise versions vary based on multiple factors such as banking relationships, integrations involved and features adopted. What are the software/hardware requirements?
All software is hosted on our Tier 1 data center and is accessed by users using any of the major web browers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. The product can be securely accessed via a web browser and does not require any additional software or hardware requirements.

How do we get started? Do you offer any end user training?
Our product is designed to be easy to use and does not require formalized training. We provide detailed step-by-step videos that describe each product functionality clearly. All of these training videos are available 24x7 to users over the internet.

What do you mean by adoption on Day 1?
We literally mean that you can adopt the corporate version on day 1. You can sign up for a trial version, create your banking relationships, upload your files and start positioning. You may need to spend about 30 minutes watching our product videos to become familiar with how to configure and use the system but that is all that is required so will be up and running on the first day!

What happens to our data if we decide to stop using the Corporate version of the product?
All data is available for export via reports that support export to excel and pdf. Also all bank files imported are also available to be downloaded.
